¿Qué significa la abreviatura "AR" como calificación?

Context:

En un certificado de estudios de un bachillerato en México, el alumno tiene "AR" en la columna para calificaciones para todas las asignaturas de un semestre. Recibió crédito para todas las asignaturas, así que no es que las reprobó. ¿Qué puede significar?

AR : admisión a la revisión
admission to review, i.e. review of class work by the student to check if the grade is correct, if the points were added correctly, what any corrections mean, etc., or if so these facts may lead to retesting/reexamination(s)
