Thanks - I decided to go with "singularity". I had previously found "uniqueness" (in Termium, I believe), but I didn't think that made sense in this agreement, so hence the question was posted. Also, someone else had suggested "unicity", which may be correct but I prefer "singularity". It gives the idea of the contract as a whole (un tout indissociable, which is in that same section).
