My comment:

Transliteration of the Hebrew: "Lezekher Eloheinu, datenu, herutenu, shlomenu, neshoteinu veyaldeinu". I agree with those who say that this is not a Biblical quotation; it has been composed by someone with more enthusiasm about, than knowledge of, Judaism; and it's also bad English. Commemoration is for the dead; we would not say "In memory of our God" unless we thought God were dead, which clearly isn't the case here. "Our religion" isn't dead either, though all the other items mentioned could be, at least in theory. It's a real mess of a text, and i wouldn't use it unless for some reason I absolutely had to.

My comment:

The passage you gave is not a quotation from the Old Testament. The Hebrew sentence given above is the closest Biblical verse I know: "Be of good courage and let us be strong, for our people and for the cities of our God" (II Samuel 10:12).

My comment:

this is a literal translation. If you cannot read the hebrew letters than use this transliteration:
"le zecher elohenu, datenu, ve hofesh, ve shlomenu, ve neshotenu ve ieladenu"

My comment:

This statement sounds very wrong to a Hebrew speaker.
It comes from a person who does not understand Jusdaism.
I can explain you more if you want.
