Die Antworten auf die beiden anderen Fragen helfen mir nicht weiter. Ungefähre Übersetzungen hatte ich selbst gefunden, mich interessiert, ob es einen offiziellen Namen gibt (z. B. habe ich inzwischen herausgefunden, dass von "landwirtschaftlicher Fixsteuer" gesprochen wird.)
