Pronounce 'suh-vay-ra'. This is Hindi.
Another word in common use is 'subah' (pronounce 'soob-ha').
Strictly classical Hindi would be 'praat-ha-kaal' ('t' soft as in French), meaning the first part of the day.
Use any of the above according to your context. If for casual use, then the second would be best.
