raíz promedio de cuadrados ponderada

My comment:

Vea lo que dice el Babylon:
root mean square
square root of the average of the sum of a given set of squared numbers (raíz promedio de cuadrados ).

Vea este ejemplo:

root mean square of differences - error cuadrático medio de las ...
raíz promedio de cuadrados de las diferencias .

I prefer this answer to the one below it. In statistics, the root mean square deviation of a normal or Gaussian distribution is called the "standard deviation" --- Sp. "desviacion estandard" o "desviacion normal". The keywords given don't make clear whether this term is applicable here --- so I'll go along with Ralph's answer

weighted root mean square= valor cuadratico medio ponderado

My comment:

Busca "root mean square" o RMS. "Root" va con "mean square", es un término matemático.
"Weighted", en el mismo contexto de calculo, es "ponderado".
Disculpas por no usar acentos pero es que si lo hago, me salen los caracteres raros :)
