Es aquel que gobierna, que dirige, que enseña, que posee un talento reconocido. Título otorgado a los artesanos , a los abogado y a los notarios. También se refiere a los magistrados. En arquitectura se le dice al maestro de obra.

Se necesita añadir el título ya que no hay posibilidad de escribir Me delante del apellido como en francés.
