Je penche plutôt pour le terme de "tranche(s)" comme traduction de "Scheibe(n)", comme il s'agit d'un menu et que nous sommes dans le domaine de l'ailmentaire, il s'agit ici 'un met ou d'un plat dont on n'identifie pas la composition (Ovni), une surprise culinaire en quelque sorte.
