Umm...
Just a hunch really, but perhaps it helps:
Tussensnit: Printed paper is first cut to oversize, then cut to the exact page size in a second operation. So tussensnit is probably the cut between printing and the final cut, i.e. a 'between-cut'.
Oplegger: This appears to be a tray (which can be one of many) which receives cut paper, or in this case the cut book covers (kaft).
Stangen seem to be bars, stays or struts, but I don't know what the technical printing term is.

The gripping drum and the delivery drum are selectively operated depending upon whether sheets or sections of printed papers are delivered.
