Thank you so much, I was 25 years in engineering and I never heard of it - I should have known.
I was thiinking it was a German abbreviation (as they do!) of Corrosion-resistant Tensile Steel.
Probaby is actually, but from the USA.
But I was most impressed at the speed of the answer - it came only 30 seconds after the question! I am impressed.
