Desconozco en concreto el término español´(más bien creo que es una expresión). Pero se trata de una dieta adelgazante muy bestia, si no me equivoco, y ha sido noticia porque muchas acrtrices de Hollywood la han seguido y es perjudicial.

Los términos que forman la expresión son coloquiales, así que si no la encuentras, te recomiendo buscar en páginas españolas si existe algo similar y si no, pues te va a tocar inventar (previa consulta con tu cliente, por descontado).
