My comment:

the word traien is misspelled, It should be traen=bring.

Context translation: Do your mother and your aunts whatever what your going to invent but don`t acuse me and I will listen (obey).

Someone is trying to convince the child not to accuse them. There is no mention whatsoever of any drugs at all. Indirectly they are pointing that its okay to do whatever to the aunts and to the mother but specifically donÂ´t accuse the person who wrote the text. The structure is incorrect it should be like this.

"As con tu mama y con tus tias lo que sea, pero a mi no me acuses", y yo le hice caso.

"Do whatever you want with your mom and your aunts but don`t acuse me" and I obeyed.

I believe that your assumption is correct. It is a little difficult to say with complete certainity due to the gramatical errors and all, but I belive this is what they are trying to say.
