Mais il est question ici de vin chaud. Or le vin chaud, n'est ni plus ni moins qu'une association de vin, d'agrumes (orange et citron parfois) et d'épices (cannelle + clous de girofle). La cannelle et le clou de girofle sont des épices et non des arômes!!
