si se trata de un informe, puede ser que sea solo el numero de aquel informe. En este caso no es necesario que usted lo traduzca

You have two options. First & best contact the client and ask if this is just a number for the report or if do the letters stand for something else or Second best option is to leave it as it is because it probably is a number for a specific report. I would definitely ask first, this is normal practice within translators and their clients.
