Thanks Charles. the "odd" sentence was so long I couldn't fit it in the space allowed, so here goes: "Indem kostspieligere Materialien (Backstein, Keramik) an eher aufgeloesten Fassaden mit weniger Flaeche verwendet und kostenguenstigere Fassaden in Putz flaechiger gehalten und mit Naturstein- oder Keramik-Fassadenelementen in kleineren Flaechen aufgewertet werden sollen, beruecksichtigt dieser Ansatz neben der Materialgerechtigkeit auch die wirtschaftliche Machbarkeit."
