My comment:

les explications de Birgit sont tout à fait pertinentes.
"Blüte" peut être à mon avis traduit par "bourgeon" puisqu'en français l'on parle de bourgeon uniquement pour les fleurs qui se transforment ensuite en fruits, ce qui est le cas des "Blüten".
Mais vous pouvez aussi traduire "Blumen und Blüten" par "fleurs" tout simplement, sans faire de distinction, puisque la distinction est déjà difficile en français !!
