Also, Black's Law Dictionary defines "certain" as: "in law, capable of being identified or made known, without liability to mistake or ambiguity, from data already given.

My references:

Alcaraz-Varo's Diccionario de terminos judiciales gives the definition of certain. The definition of "Articles of Association" comes from Cabanellas de las Cuevas' Diccionario Juridico
