My comment:

To offer a very good translation option it would be best to have a full context, such as "text in a poem" or other kind of text quotation. "Mõttes" really means "in thought", of course, but in my experience it is more usual, particularly in remembrance texts.

There really isn't any context I'm afraid, it's a sentence I use to remember a recently deceased family member, only they were Estonian and I'd prefer it in their language
