Ist doch ganz logisch.

Eine Versicherung, bei der Mitarbeiter eines Arbeitgebers alle bei einem Versicherungsunternehmen versichert sind. Es tritt also der Arbeitgeber als Versicherungsnehmer auf, unabhängig davon, welcher Mitarbeiter nun konkret von einem Versicherungsfall betroffen ist oder die VS-Prämie zahlt.

Danke für die Antwort! Ich hatte vor allem mit dem Kontext Probleme - mir war einfach nicht klar dass sich der Absatz um Gruppenversicherungen dreht und hatte keinen richtigen Ansatzpunkt.
