My comment:

I think it is the "picture" screws create (as you look at them from above) once screwed in. If correct what I say then you will have SEVERAL screws, not just one.

Google gives a very low result when you search for this term. It is not very common (in German). The link below also has a drawing of a Schraubenbild.
