Context:

fe de 25 ans G4P1 // grossesse de 11 sem --> TT/ [jj/mm/2009]

Keywords:

US: grossesse intra-utérine évolutive de 12 sem 2/7 TT/ [jj/mm/2009] /// OK, I thought this was projected due date for the pregnancy, but the thing is that these refer to two different dates. Why would that be? And why does it say 11 weeks along in one place and 12 weeks in the other?
