My comment:

You probably found "personal union" in dictionaries but this refers to COUNTRIES being ruled by the same monarch or ruler.

When it comes to a person holding several offices, privately or officially, within the same company etc. - it would not be a "personal union" (see Wiki for the DIFFERENCE between a German Personalunion and an English Personal Union) - but it would be "a person simultaneously holding post A and post B" or some such wording.
