No es "la membrana derecha".

Si se trata de una tabla a la derecha: Ovario y Trompa (singular).

R = D (derecho), L = I (izquierdo)

La(s) adherencia(s) (en ovarios y trompas de falopio) pueden ser entonces: Filmy = Membranosa o Dense = Densa
