Adherencias, membranosas o densas en ovarios y trompas.

Por su extensión, se expresan como: menos de 1/3 afectado; 1/3−2/3 afectado; Más de 2/3 afectados.

Posterior culdesac obliteración...: Se refiere a la pérdida de espacio entre el útero y el intestino.
