I think they may be talking about the Moodys and S+P ratings here, but it's difficult to say without more context. Otherwise no influence on the valuation< but I wouldn't see the point of putting that in.

As I was unable to post a comment on Nicola's answer via Conges to provide more context, I contacted her direct and she gave me pretty much the same answer as Elfi but a little sooner.
