Language pair:

German > English

Subject:

Law / Certificates

Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

umso mehr unbenommen bleiben

Context:

...muss es der Klägerin um so mehr unbenommen bleiben... geltend zu machen

The answer of Rupert Kindermann  See profile was rated best

the plaintiff's has a right to claim ...

My comment:

I wouldn't translate "umso mehr" ... is a German lawyer verbosity.

In case you want to include it you might say:

The plaintiff's right to claim ... is amplified by the fact that ...

or some similar wording.

Hope it helps.
