tritrans8@yahoo.com (a guest user) asked this question:

Language pair:

French > English

Subject:

Technical / Engineering

Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

administrateur délégué architecte

Context:

What's the best way to state this occupatioal title in English? Simply "Managing...

Keywords:

..architect?" I have already translated "administrateur délégué' as "Managing Director."

The answer of   See profile was rated best

Managing Director / architect

My comment:

For me administratuer délégué translates into British English at any rate as Managing-Director (in American English as CEO) see the entry below: from Wikipedia.fr where all the examples given correspond to MD/CEO and not deputy manager.
