I doubt very much that the name of the button will actually be translated in the software, so I'd leave it as is, Translate the sentence though
Des projets supplementaires peuvent etre ajoutes au moyen du bouton 'Add ChartField Line'.

My client wanted a translation for this UI term. Everyone is correct, it is PeopleSoft lingo. Claude, as you were the first one to answer, you get the honours. I finally translated it by « lignes d'organigramme » as they were refering to business units, operation units, etc. further down the line. Thanks all - Yves
