Referring to fire protection measures located in the space between the concrete base and the flooring. Türlicht in this case means space or "daylight" as sometimes used in English to describe a gap between two objects

Thank you very much - after having come across a couple more instances where "Licht" is used in this technical context ("Lichtmasse" etc.), I have decided on "clear (dimension)".
