En este caso, al tratarse de un proceso judicial, hablamos de conciliación (las partes resuelven el conflicto directamente). Puede ser conciliación extrajudicial (si llegan al acuerdo antes de que se inicie el proceso) o judicial (en este caso, se evitaría la resolución mediante sentencia).

Definition:
