De acuerdo con el Oxford Advanced, un "snapshot" se define como: "a small amount of information that gives you and idea of what something is like".
En el contexto que mencionas la traducción podría ser:
"No se registraron fallos en el periodo de muestro que solicitó"

NOTA: El significado de "foto instantánea" para snapshot aplica más comúnmente en el contexto del español, en un texto de sólo inglés rara vez recibirá esa acepción, la cual ni siquiera se menciona en el Oxford English Dictionary (7th Edition).
