неспроста — разг. nicht umsonst, nicht ohne Grund (не без причины); nicht von ungefähr (недаром) это неспроста das hat etwas zu bedeuten …

же ist ein Füllwort mit allerlei Bedeutungen; im Ausdruck это же kann man es mit "eben das" oder "dasselbe" übersetzen. Hier handelt es sich wohl um ein gestottertes же.
