I will contact you again shortly / within the next few days.

I will come/get back to you ... is also fine. Your choice.

I will come back to you within the next few days or I will come back to you in the coming days

My comment:

Despite the fact that the expressions " to come back to someone" and " to get back to someone" are both frequently used in English, I believe that the use of " to come back to someone" is much more appropriate in this context ( see references).

As for the words "within" and "in" I would say that "within" is more specific than "in". So I would take into account the context of you document when it comes to opt for "in" or "within".

My references:

Thesaurus:

get back - recover something or somebody that appeared to be lost;

To come back - go back to something earlier;

It would sound better to say "I will contact you within the next few days". You could alternatively say " I will get in touch with you within the next few days"
