Bertrand DEVAUX (a guest user) asked this question:

Language pair:

French > Portuguese

Subject:

Business / Marketing / Financial

Level of diffculty:

Difficult / demanding

Word or term in question:

... elles moussent davantage (end of sentence

Context:

apresentação duma empresa cervejeira

Keywords:

this is the end of the previous sentence). Difficulty Brasser (bière, cerveija) ses affaires (assuntos), faire mousser, fazer espuma

The answer of MACVieira  See profile was rated best

elas fazem mais espuma.

My comment:

The idea seems to be that when one looks after his/her own business, it gives more return. However, ses affaires indicate masculin, so How can we have "elles" mousse davantage?

My references:

The meaning seems very much like: when the author manages his beer business himself, his beers fazem mais espuma or yield more return/profits.
