This term is somewhat vague, but I wonder whether this refers to those who have bought the properties? EG "Our property owners have our expertise at their disposal, adn this allows us to/means we can..."
Some more context would be helpful though.

I question the French.

Sounds very awkward to me.

The wealth of our contacts and expertise...forget that use of propriété...it boils down to OUR.

De nombreux contacts qui nous sont propres...is what they meant: The many contacts we ourselves have....see? :)
