My comment:
Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass es sich hier um einen fast nicht zu übersetzenden Ausdruck handelt (Umschreibung notwendig), weil es sich um ein nur in England bekanntes Rechtsgebilde handelt (Fixed and Floating Charges - darauf bezieht sich der "Holder" of the "Charge".) - siehe die beiden links - suche auf der Englischen Seite (gleicher Link) nach "Holder of the Charge"
