Hotel and restaurant owners/landlords/hosts

My comment:

Hotel and restaurant owners and managers

My comment:

"Wirt" ist "host".
It can be the owner or the manager.
If your list is about restaurant and hotel and not about who owns it, it would be sufficient to write:
"Hotel and Restaurant List"

Hotel and restaurant owners

My comment:

"Gastgeber" is "host" in the sense of a person who invites guests into his home, or in this case into a hotel. "Wirt" is the keeper of a restaurant, pub, or bar, which serves meals but does not provide accommodation.
