My comment:

I agree with Robert Tucker. You probably would not translate the word, but "Italian breadsticks" would explain what "grissini" are.
The Keywords: coperto, pane e grissini ... means that the service includes bread and grissini - i.e. you generally would not pay any extra for more bread or more grissini.
