My comment:

Sestavovatelem testamentu byla manželka.
Uvedla manžela, manžel zemřel dŕív než manželka.
Umírá také manželka a zústavá záveť s jediným univerzálnám a testamentárním dědicem, to jest manželem.
Nejsou dukazy o existujúcím dědici v pořadí dle OZ.Postupuje se v smyslu OZ a v pořadí, hledají se dědici.
