Generare e gestire un report

My comment:

If you describe the rules for manually creating a report you would say "CREARE un report" but given the fact that the context is "accounting software" or "Software per la contabilità" it means that the software can produces a report from imput data respecting the given rules, therefore when speaking of an information technology automation we use to say "GENERARE un report" which is a synonym of "CREARE" but more specific for softwares and automations. So the consequent sentence is: "GENERARE UN REPORT". Also, I would add the word "GESTIRE" (just after "GENERARE") which means "to manage", since the rules give you also information on how to deal with a report after it has been created.
