Context:

Si el individuo está cerca de la muerte debido a alguna enfermedad que lo ha estado aquejando, se desarrollan algunas eventos fisiológicos relacionadoas con la enfermedad, y otros de tipo general relacionados con el corazón, afectando también a tres sistemas condicionantes del cuerpo físico, ellos son: El sistema circulatorio, el sistema nervioso y el sistema endocrino.

The literal translation doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks.

My comment:

I´d just go this way.

"Condicionantes del cuerpo físico" is wrong. It should read: "condicionantes DE LA SALUD del cuerpo físico" or the like.

However, why only these three systems? The original is not that good, that´s why I think a general way out should work.
