CONSENTIMIENTO EXPRESO

My comment:

My comment:

In english, is the onsent by a patient to undergo a medical or surgical treatment or to participate in an experiment after the patient understands the risks involved.
is a legal condition whereby a person can be said to have given consent based upon a full appreciation and understanding of the facts and implications of any actions. In addition, the individual will be in possession of all of their faculties, and their judgment will not be impaired at the time of consenting.

My comment:

If you give me the contextual frame of the phrase, I could give you a unique, perhaps more accurate translation of the same.

Would you get my e-mail address to some translation agencies, or get mine to them? I will truly appreciate it! Thank you very much!
