I don'r know the song, but it sunds like part of a lullaby sung by the mother of a baby. "Child" could also be "boy" because had it been a girl teh Hebrew would have been "yal-da-ti".

yaldi = my child
ha-tov = the good
ha-rach = rach =soft but also of a young age
