a Percentage is based on 194 patients with available ADA results.

It's a proofreading, they translated "newly" with "à nouveau", doesn't it mean "recently, also in this context?

"A nouveau" is indeed a mistranslation: it should be "récemment" .

My comment:

it refers to a group of patients whose treatment was successful, I think.
