Mujhay tumsay mohabbat hai

My comment:

This is strictly Urdu.
The phrase is gender exclusive, which means it can be used by either gender without any changes.

And while we're being pedantic, "Main aapse pyar karta hoon" translates to "I do love to you"

Mai(n) Aap Say Piyaar Karta Hoo(n)

My comment:

Female:
Mai(n) Aap Say Piyaar Karti Hoo(n).

Less formal:
Mai(n) Tum Say Piyaar Karta/Karti Hoo(n).

Urdu Script:
میں آپ سے پیار کرتا ہوں
میں آپ سے پیار کرتی ہوں

میں تم سے پیار کرتا ہوں
میں تم سے پیار کرتی ہوں
