Der Koeffizient, als konstanter, kennzeichnender Faktor einer veränderlichen Größe, wird zur Anrechnung der Amortisation verwendet, z.B. zur Begleichung des Wertes eines Objektes.

Der Abschreibungskoeffizient (Abschreibung als Amortisation) ist ein alternativer Begriff.
