îúúéäå, îúé

My comment:

You are right about the meaning of your name. The original Hebrew name is Mattityahu îúúéäå, (the father of Judas Maccabaeus)but the New Testament's Matthew is usually rendered in Hebrew as the short form îúé (Matti.)

As separate words, not in a name, "gift of God" would be îúú éä or îúú àì (Mattat Yah, Mattat El) -- or any number of other combinations, as there are quite a number of words both for gift and for God.
