If you need a guide to pronunciation just contact me via my CV on this site. I hope you enjoy the drinks. By the way, when you raise your glass to toast you might add the toast "Sláinte" meaning "Health". There is a longer version also: "Sláinte na bhfear is go maireadh na mná go deo!" meaning "The health of the men and may the women live forever!". Tony
