My comment:

The question + context sound too much like "Puff the magic dragon lives by the sea...". I don't know if you are expected to do something similar in catalan, but I can say that the translation of that particular song into Catalan goes "Paff era un drac màgic que vivia al fons del mar..." and being by the sea is not the same as being under the sea. Hope it helps.
