Of course we talk about "lots" with regards to housing eg "lot size but "lot with house" is not used in UK English (I cannot speak for US usage). If you do a google search you will find that the standard in real estate/property is "plot with house". Not a single hit for "lot with house". I agree that "land with house" would be a suitable translation.
